The 3 possible draws for the winners of TNS/Linfield were all
going to be a big ask. Bodo/Glimt have 3 wins out of 9 in the
league at present, but will be odds on to progress assuming they
win their own tie.

I hadn't even looked at their recent league form, I'm just going
by their performances in Europe last season. Also their season
is in full swing and Irish League clubs won't be up to full
speed. A big ask for Linfield to beat them.

Hearing Cries were playing a pub team called Magpies I did
wonder about Newcastle...

Decent start to Linfield's preparations.
Is Sir David the first manager to lead a team from Ireland to a
win over the Qatari national team?

That's be Stephen Kenny. The Republic beat them 4-0 last
October.
Good result for Linfield though!

Cheers.
I'll narrow it down to Northern Ireland then.

What a wonderful idea it to give them the WC. They'll be great
hosts.

Linfield would be a better host than Qatar

Decent result for Larne will definitely be confident in the 2nd
leg
Probably not the worst result for Linfield. Really should have
scored and conceded after poor defending from Finlayson so again
will probably be confident ahead of the 2nd leg
