I usually park at Asda and walk up but with a smaller crowd you
should be ok parking on the big road where the church is facing
the ground. I think a lot of the streets around the ground you'd
struggle to get any more cars in them than are there on a usual
       day

Cheers, I was thinking about parking at Asda and wandering to
the ground. I take it there is no issue leaving your car in
there for a couple of hours?

that often. Go in and buy a bag of sweets or something so you're

I really enjoyed the game, it was my first ever live women's
match and the standard really impressed me (I hope that doesn't
sound condescending). It was a pretty even game with both teams
having periods of dominance, but as the game wore on and the
substitutes started to come on, you could see that Scotland were
finishing stronger and their penalty was a stone-waller.
McDaniel, Kelly and Beattie looked bright when they came on, but
to be honest we really missed Furness and Magill as we had no
real focal point in the team to lead the attacks.
Julie Nelson is just coolness personified at the back, she
really never looked flustered when she was put under pressure.
The only negative (apart from the result) is that there wasn't
really any atmosphere other than polite applause and the
occasional shout of encouragement. Hopefully come the qualifiers
there can be a bigger crowd in to cheer them on.

Great read Eightball. Thanks! I only caught the last 30 mins of
       the live stream.
Thought NI looked good coming forward, once they reached the
halfway line... The amount of passing back and forth on the edge
of their own penalty area was a bit terrifying.

The last 30 minutes was when Scotland were really starting to
dominate, but having said that we did have some good attacks
down the wings and balls into the box. We just missed that
poacher's instinct to finish them off.
Kenny wants us to play out from the back, so I guess you have to
expect a few passes in dangerous areas. But to be honest we
weren't getting ripped apart, and Jackie Burns seemed to have
most things covered when Scotland did get a shot off.
