       Euro u17 women 2026 qualifers.

       NI in asection with North Macedonia, Georgia and Luxembourg.
       4-1 win against Luxembourg last Saturday and a 3-1 against
       Georgia today. Played second half with ten women.
       Play North Macedonia on Friday. They also have two wins.

       Beat Nth Macedonia 3-0 (as above, in March).
       NI played in those "qualifiers", despite knowing they qualified
       automatically as hosts this month - I guess this was for future
       seeding purposes, as well as to provide match practice for the
       Finals, while topping their Group meant they will be promoted to
       League for the 2027 tournament qualifiers.
       Anyhow, the Finals are now here, and in their three Group games,
       NI lost 0-2 to England and 0-3 to Norway, but on Sunday beat the
       mighty Germany 1-0! All 3 games at Inver Park, further details

       Anyhow, the victory over Germany seems to have been a real
       "backs-to-the-wall" effort, with the Germans having 20 attempts
       on goal, incl hitting the woodwork four times:

       And it seems our gk, Ifeoma Agoha, played an absolute blinder
       against the Germans, Tommy Wright-style. Of Nigerian descent,
       she was still only 14 last September, and currently is with
       Derry City:
