Young lad plays for Coleraine and seems quite a talent, is he in
       any NI underage squads?

Seen him yesterday and genuinely thought he was about 13. But
showed great skill to set up Coleraines equaliser

Great to see, never heard of the lad until yesterday but saw a
wee clip of some skills and looked very good.

OD's Coleraine FC profile says he signed full professional forms
for them on 6th September as a 17 y.o. this year, having "joined
the Bannsiders in the summer from Derry City":

And he previously played for ROI U-15's as far back as November
       2022, when he was 14.

He featured in both games of that double header in Poland (as
did Glenn McCourt btw), even though that Transfermarkt page has
him as only having one ROI cap. A search of the FAI site doesn't
bring up any further references to him.
Anyhow, unless he's a Donegal lad who was at Derry City, as many
often do, U-15 caps have no bearing on his international
eligibility, meaning that if eg he were to represent NI at a
recognised level (i.e. U-17, U-19 or U-21), he would still have
a permitted switch to ROI and v.v.

His grandfather is Charlie Ferry (born in Donegal), a bit of LOI
legend from his time at Derry City, Finn Harps and Sligo Rovers,
so he has pedigree. I think Devlin himself is from Derry, and
like most of the current crop from there, he'll try his hand
with us and the ROI at schoolboy level (Aron KC of Derry is
another - think his unusual surname is Nepalese).
