4 Home Nations (only) to bid for 2035 Womens World Cup

Where have we heard something like this before?
The Football Associations of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland
and Wales have expressed their intention to submit a joint bid
to host the 2035 Women's World Cup.
The announcement follows a decision by world governing body Fifa
which recommended the tournament is hosted in Europe or Africa
       in that year.
Bids for the 2031 and 2035 finals will have to be submitted in
       the fourth quarter of 2025.
The United States are the favourites to host the 2031 tournament
after pulling out of the vote for 2027, which was won by Brazil.

I wonder whether the National Stadium will be considered
adequate for this? (I'm assuming Casement still won't be built
       by then ;))

Adelaide 13.5K, Perth and Hamilton both just over 18K all hosted
games in 2023. I would imagine Windsor will be fine.
       Appreciate the regulations may change.

Surely to goodness Our Wee Weemin will qualify for this,
       somehow!
Fifa has announced that the Women's World Cup will be expanded
from 32 to 48 teams from the 2031 tournament.
The Fifa Council voted unanimously for the changes that will be
in place for 2035 edition, due to be hosted in the United
       Kingdom.
As a result of the increase in teams, the competition will adopt
a 12-group format with an additional 40 matches, up from 64 to
104, that will extend the tournament by a week.

[/quote]Seeing as no-one else has bid for these Finals, it will
       come to the UK.
While today there has been released a list of 22 possible venues
       - 16 in England, 3 in Wales, 2 in Scotland and 1 in NI (Windsor,
       obv):

One of the Welsh stadia is Wrexham. The Racecourse currently
holds 13.5k, though they are going to expand it to 18k, just as
soon as they overcome some Planning considerations. Out of
curiosity re capacity etc, I googled it and found this video
covering future plans. It seems 18k is Phase 1, with 22k being
Phase 2, and 28-32k being an eventual Phase 3.
But in the video, it talks about the 2035 Womens World Cup
requiring a minimum capacity of "22-24k". I could see Windsor
being reconfigured to reach 20k handy enough, but to make much
more would be rather harder, as well as costing a lot more (new
       Stand?).

Meanwhile, here is The FA's blurb on all this, including the
line that the "Clearer Twist National Stadium at Windsor Park
[has] redevelopment plans that are moving forward prior to
       2035.":

       Bit mental?
There are clearly going to be games that get crowds that aren't
even close to that. Vietnam v Haiti anybody?
