Lab 2 Difference Amplifier with Noisy Input (output clipping)

In the 8.3 section of the lab, after connecting the output of
the summing amplifier to the 𝑉2 input of the difference
amplifier, our output waveform clips.

My output also clipped. Mine clipped at 28.8 V because of the
power sources. I changed the amplitude of V_1 of the summing
amplifier to 3 V_pp and the differential output no longer
saturated.
I am having the problem with measuring the differential and
common mode voltages.
When I run the oscilloscope on FFT mode and capture the
components of 1kHz and 500kHz, I continuously get different
results.
When I measure the gains (A_d & A_cm) and multiply it by V_d and
V_cm respectively, the result is always either above or below
the output voltage.
On some I have a voltage of [5 V_pp, -6 V_pp] swings higher or
lower than the oscilloscope V_out voltage.
I have no reference as to how low/high the experimentally
acquired gains and voltages are supposed to be.
If anyone has already completed the laboratory, sharing the
difference you got would be very helpful.
For example,
V_out = 27 V_pp
V_out_theor = 24 V_pp
and you were told that a similar discrepancy of similar size is
acceptable.
