Part 8.1 - BJT Biasing, where we take a sweep of V(in) over 0 mV
       - 600 mV, measuring V(CE).
In this part of the lab, we were having inconsistences between
the given V(CE) vs V(in) graph provided in the lab. In our data,
our V(CE) starts increasing around V(in) = 200mV and only
       reaches a maximum value of V(CE) = 236 mV, at V(in) = 500 mV. It
its important to note that while our graph had almost the exact
same shape as the given graph, we did notice that ours starts
increasing earlier, and ours drops back down to 0 earlier.
In search to solve this issue, we confirmed that R(B) = 10 kohm,
our wiring did not indicate any issues, it was biased as stated
in the lab report, our V(CC) was equal to 5 V, R(C) was = 1
kohm, we set the impedance to High Z on the function generator,
and our offset started at 330 mV.
Due to these factors, we believe we may have an issue with the
tolerance of the resistors. In order to confirm this, we would
need to measure the resistance of both resistors. In doing this,
we realized our resistor values were slightly off, which would
align with what we believed it to be.
       Simply,
We had issues with our V(CE) vs. V(in) graph increased too early
and also decreased too early. In looking in how to fix this, we
determined the issue was likely the tolerance of the resistors,
and the values were slightly different than what was indicated.
