       Hello and welcome to the official forum for ECEN 3314 Spring
       2025.
       If you are reading this, then you should have received the link
       to this page from Saif Mostafa. You are a student in his lab
       session, which is held from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM on Tuesdays.
       Please do not share this link with anyone outside the class or
       anyone in Soren's Lab session.
       Please only use this for support questions about circuit
       building and troubleshooting, as we discussed. Keep all
       questions about homework and any other class material for direct
       email messages, and constantly check Canvas for class updates.
       CIRCUIT BUILDING ONLY.
       This forum will be read by the TAs and the instructor of this
       course so be on your best behavior and act like you would during
       the lecture.  There is also a possibility that this forum will
       be shared with the department, therefore, to protect your
       privacy, we are asking you to choose your username based on your
       lab workstation number (usually at the bottom right corner of
       the table) followed by a "A" or "B" but make sure you and your
       lab partner do not have the same username. If you wish to be
       identified you can always sign the end of the post with your
       first and last name.
       For example, if I am at station number 3 my username should be
       "Station3-A" and my lab partner would be "Station3-B". If I want
       to be identified my post would look like this:
       "This is Station3-A,
       Resistor bad and signal small. Someone please help :(
       -Saif Mostafa"
       
       On the other hand, when you are trying to help someone: Make
       sure you discuss the circuit issues with them on their post as
       much as you can until you absolutely hit a brick wall. If they
       still need your help after the discussion, ask the TA for
       permission to go to the station in need of help before you go.
       Once the issue has been fixed, the station who requested help
       should submit a final comment to the post saying what the issue
       turned out to be, how they were able to fix it, and which
       station helped them fix it. Both stations will be granted bonus
       points if all the rules are followed correctly.
       If you had trouble, had submitted a post requesting help and
       solved it before another station helped you, submit a comment
       saying the problem was solved and explain what the problem was
       and how you fixed it.
       Do not bundle multiple circuit problems on the same post. One
       post per issue and if new problems arise, submit a new help
       post.

       Dear students and TAs:
       This is the debugging forum for ECEN 3314. We started this forum
       back in Spring 2025 with Saif as the TA. We want to continue
       this forum as a lab knowledge accumulation, exchange, and
       troubleshooting hub.
       Some notes:
       -  Circuit Debugging only. Not homework or other discussions.
       Use Canvas instead.
       -  Simulation and measurement bugs are both welcome.
       -  Protect your privacy. This is a commercial forum. Your posts
       may be used to train unknown AI models without your permission.
       -  Post anonymously or not at your own risk.
       Good practice in the past
       -  Upload images, logs, and any other context information to
       help others troubleshoot
       Known risks:
       -  When you feed this forum as additional context to your own
       chatbot, watch out for factual errors propagating from previous
       posts
       -  For example, your chatbot may "learn" the wrong tip from a
       factually incorrect comment made by someone in the past
