Server Down?

I didn't see a message showing it moved, so I'm assuming it's
just down right now?

It's a much more serious issue than it just being down I'm
afraid. Our service provider made a huge fuck up that may end up
cancelling our server completely. Apparently even after I paid
for this month, they decided to "terminate" our server for "late
payment" even though it was paid on time. Its a fuck up on their
end but the end result is still all of our files and database
being completely deleted. All the backups to the database were
kept serverside automatically so with the server being
terminated we probably lost them too. I'm in the process of
dealing with this right now but they seem to be speachless at
the moment. They were quick to respond a minute ago but all they
did was open a new server on a new IP and said it was my fault,
when I showed them it was not my fault and threatened to cancel
payment, they have no response. I don't know what else I can do
about it though unfortunately. Looks like we just got fucked.

I was able to hack the database and get all of everyones data so
when this issue gets resolved, no-ones data will be lost. I
filed a dispute through paypal to make sure payment is cancelled
and I will get the server running with the new provider over the
weekend. I'm sorry for the downtime and for this whole issue. At
least no ones data will be lost. That was my main concern.

So we will be on the new server when you are finished I am
guessing? I wondered what happened, server crashed at exactly 2
AM CST.

They said it was because of late payment. They suspended the
server sometime last night but as soon as i received notice of
the late payment, I immediately paid it and the server was
re-opened. Like 12 hours after paying it and having the server
re-opened they fucking terminated it and deleted all the files
and data. I was able to hack the database using the generic
password they set up for new servers and the data was still
there so I was able to save everyones bases and shit but we will
be moving to the new provider this weekend once I get everything
set up.
Now the provider is giving me a hard time about a refund. They
are trying to get the old IP and database info together to
rebuild it but I will have to re-install and reset up the entire
server. I told them that's not good enough and filed a dispute
through paypal but I have been dealing with this bullshit all
day now. They keep telling me to calm down and theyll work it
out but I don't want it worked out. I just want my refund and
I'm going to a new provider. Them trying to continuously work it
out with offers that aren't good enough are what's getting me
pissed off to begin with.
