       Frequently asked questions:
       Q: Why can't I log into the server?
       A: This can happen for a number of reasons but is most commonly
       caused by having the wrong version of Arma or Epoch. Our servers
       list the versions in the servers title. (0.2.5.2|1.36). The
       first set of numbers is the Epoch version and the 2nd set is
       Arma version. Double check what you have with what the server is
       running and make sure they match. If you still can't get on you
       need to contact an admin. support@ossgaming.com
       Q: Why can't I join the Chernarus server?
       A: If you've already checked and are sure you're running the
       right version then it's most likely due to not having the proper
       map pack addon. You need to download the "AiATerrainPack" and
       install the "@allinarmaterrainpack" folder in your Arma 3
       directory. Then add "@allinarmaterrainpack;" to your launch
       parameters after "-mod=@epoch;".
       Q: What do I get if I donate?
       A: You will get a building supplies like wood walls, cinder
       walls, floors, lumber, cinder blocks, etc. The amount of each
       item depends on the amount of your donation. If you would like
       to exchange an item for a different one then you must speak with
       the admin once you've made your donation. If you donate over $60
       you are eligible to receive a custom base from the editor.
       Q: Where can I download the updates?
       A: We put all the necessary files needed to play on our servers
       on our website. You can simply click the button with the file
       you want and it will automatically start your download.
       Q: My hatchback sport won't move but is fully repaired?
       A: Hatchbacks are low to the ground so when you drive them
       offroad you run the risk of bottoming out. This is not an error
       or glitch. You're just stuck on terrain that too rough for your
       car to handle.
       Q: The bank says I have 0 krypto?
       A: When you go to the atm and open the menu, the number on the
       upper left is the amount of krypto in your bank not your
       inventory. To see the amount of krypto in your inventory press
       the ~ key. OR - This could also be due to dying too much ingame.
       Everytime you die krypto is deducted from your account to pay
       for your 'clone'. The default is 100 but can vary from server to
       server.
       Q: Where the hell are all the traders?!
       A: Traders can roam around the map in Arma 3 Epoch. They have a
       "home" and "work" location and will travel between the two. The
       dot on the map only marks their position at start-up. They are
       usually close by. Check the surrounding buildings.
       Q: What do the different color dots mean?
       A: Green = new trader, Red = dead trader, Brown = roaming
       trader, Black = Safe Zone Static Trader
