A3 Servers Suspended

[center][shadow=maroon,left]ArmA 3 Servers are Temporarily
Suspended[/shadow][/center]
This is not a decision we've come to lightly but after much
thought and consideration we have decided to temporarily shut
down our ArmA 3 servers. We do apologize to any of you who still
played on our A3 Epoch servers but the very little activity on
those server was not worth the amount of time and money needed
to keep them running. We do hope that you all will understand
our decision.
We did create a backup of our database and of all our files,
mods, & customizations so when we do re-open our servers all of
you will be able to continue right where you left off. We can
not give you an estimate on when we will be re-opening our
servers just yet but we can promise you once Epoch releases a
good update or two we will be back up.

Kinda sad to see A3 leave the room, but i hope this'll just help
us improve on the A2 servers!

Yea it was a tough to see them go but ArmA 3 Epoch overall has
lost a huge amount of players and unfortunately our servers were
really hurt by it. It's hard to watch our servers go from 70-100
players a night to 0 but that's the way it is. When it really
comes down to it, renting a dedicated server powerful enough to
handle ArmA 3 Epoch is expensive and it's hard to continue
paying that kind of money for servers no one is playing on.
What I plan to do is use the money I'm saving from suspending
the ArmA 3 servers for a test server for ArmA 2. This way I can
update our mods and add new stuff to the server without
interfering with anybody's game time. Then once the Epoch devs
release a decent update for ArmA 3 that adds some new building
options or unlocks their files for people to mod it then we will
re-open our ArmA 3 Epoch servers again.
