Ethiopian Orthodox and Immaculate Conception

Father I'm curious to know what the Ethiopian Orthodox position
on the Immaculate Conception is...
This is because I've seen statements from Ethiopians that seem
the same as the Catholic doctrine of the Immaculate
Conception...

[s]Just to clarify, are you asking about the immaculate
conception of Christ or Theotokos?[/s]
Hello! Not a place of discussion. Please place in it's board
that would fit best if you want to ask or PM the member.

TRANSLATION FROM AMHARIC
Hello dear Child!
This question you have asked is very important and much confused
in our church. May I say Mary's Immaculate Conception is
heretical. She was born of sin and died with original sin. She
never committed personal sin but that is all it goes too. Church
goers in Kansas pushed the EOO Patriarch in Addis Ababa and for
5 years there was no answer. They went to our sister church, the
COO and we got an answer from his Bishop David, all the way in
Egypt. I hope you read the document that was sent out a time ago
to many OO churches.May one day you be able to visit St Gabriels
ETOC. God bless and I will add you too my prayers, loved child
of god.

For all interested... This is concerning the Immaculate
Conception of Mary
Father what about what The Kibre Negest says:
“But in His mercy God the Father created the pearl in
the body of Adam; he cleansed Eve’s body and sanctified it and
made it into a dwelling for Adam’s salvation. Thus Mary was born
without blemish, for He made Her pure without pollution.” Yes
Ezekiel’s sealed door was truly sealed with a great marvelous
seal so that original sin does not pollute it. The Blessed
Virgin Mary was born without Adam’s original sin.
Thanks in advance :)
