As a member of the OO church, I still have not learned what are
our differences between the EO? I am only 14 soo I need some
       help here.

       In a nutshell:
       1. Understanding of the nature of Christ
       2. Acceptance of which councils are Ecumenical
       3. Hesychasm and Mysticism
       4. Liturgical style and tradition - not a contentious issue
       though

BTW, I didn't mean to kill the discussion.
The key element that differentiates us is the Nature of Christ,
all other issues abounded from that, and was catalyzed by the
contentious political issues of the time at and following the
post-Chalcedonian schism (not to be confused with the Great
       Schism of 1054).

Yes, yes. So we are still one? Does one consider the other
       heretical?

No we haven't been in communion since the sixth century.
Our theologians have come to the conclusion that we believe the
same thing; but reunification will be a long and difficult
       journey because:
       1. they believe some councils to be inspired by the Holy Spirit,
whereas we believe them to be corrupt and vice versa
       2. they condemn several of our saints and annually
       re-anathematize them
       3. they require the Tome of Leo to be accepted as an article of
faith, whereas as we believe it to be heretical

[/quote]This is a good question. Do both Churches celebrate
       Easter at the same time?

Yes. When the churches were still one, there was an issue with
the different Sees and cities throughout Christendom celebrating
Easter at different times, so the Patriarch of Alexandria was
charged with the job of announcing the date of Easter each year
so that all were celebrating on the same day.

Some OO Churches are more friendly to RC than EO. For example, I
read that in the case of a mixed marriage between RC and Coptic
Orthodox, the Coptic Orthodox may in some cases accept the RC
       for Holy Communion.

There is the expectation that one does not switch between
churches. There is no "conversion process" to go from the RC to
Coptic church. This is not always strictly adhered to, but if
the Coptic priest were to find out that a person has been
receiving communion in both, then he would withhold communion
       from the individual.
That being said there is a joint declaration between the RC, EO,
and OO churches that if one is travelling in an area where there
is no church of which they belong, the person may receive
       communion in the other churches.

My EO friends tell me that their priests are not allowed to give
communion to anyone who is not a member of their church, and if
an EO person has communion in any other church, this is a very
       serious matter.
