How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?: I've been in
the community (HL2RP as a whole, not Origins) for about four
years.
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?: I will assume that 'system' is Civil
Protection RP and whatnot. Yes. If I assumed wrong, then I'll
try my best to familiarize myself.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?: I've been Civil
Protection for most of the time in the four years I've RPed HL2,
so I'm most likely way over familiar with how it works.
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?: I'm reading
the guide as I fill this application. And yes, having the guide
open is what I've always done.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?: Yes, I do.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?: The first thing I
would do is raise my firearm to the unit and ask them to remove
all weapons from their person slowly. I'd then ask them to put
their hands behind their back, and would ziptie them. Alast, I
would radio dispatch for further instructions. Should this unit
resist arrest, I would have no choice but to set my stunbaton to
full stun. If this unit resists arrest with a lethal weapon, I
would have no choice but to fatally wound or kill the unit.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?:
The first thing I'd do is radio for backup discreetly while
keeping my stunbaton close to my hand, or in my grip. I will
warn the citizen next, and if this does not slow or repel them,
I will activate my stunbaton for confrontation. If this, again,
does not work, I will be forced to knock him unconcious and
detain him.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?: I call
out for backup and fire off a few rounds from my firearm if the
first does not hit. I then radio for a HELIX unit to give
medical attention to the citizen and finally detain him.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?: Having no visual on the
anti-citizen, I'd grab my partner and drag them behind cover.
I'd radio for armed assistance and a medical unit, staying
behind cover until a unit reported visual or came to my aid.
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?: I'd cary the man to
cover and radio for several HELIX units. While they're
dispatched, there's nothing else I can do other than apply
pressure to the wound(s).
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?: I'd look around for another
Civil Protection unit to assist me in securing the residential
block. Finding none, I'd walk into the building with firearm
raised, asking everyone to get down. The ones involved in the
fight will be patted down, secured of belongings, and detained.
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?: Radio and
request units to clamp all entrances/exits, and another squad to
clear the perimeter.
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?: I'd follow all orders to avoid a blackmark.

Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?: I wish to
protect the city under any means necessary from the scum that is
known as the resistance. Their petty movement is nothing but
terrorism.
Do you have any family? Explain: I don't known where my parents
or little brother were transferred.
Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
in the past? Explain. I have not.
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: I do.
I, Eugene Schwartz, swear my life into the Civil Protection in
service of my family and my species, and understand that failure
to effectively do my job will put my family's safety at risk,
and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead to their safety and
comfort.

training before.
