       REBEL GROUP IDENTIFICATION

       A rebel group has sprung up under the name of "Trashmen." These
       groups of rebels are known Nazis and they dig through trash for
       supplies. If someone is talking about dumpster diving or
       searching trash cans, tie them up and bring them in for
       interrogation.
