What purpose do you believe you would serve in the Imperial
Industries?
I believe the purpose I would serve as an emergency medical
doctor / surgeon in the Imperial Industries.
What skills do you possess that would benefit our union?
I possess knowledge and training in emergency medicine that
would benefit our union.
Do you understand that the industry is simply a subsidiary
company of the CWU, therefore, as a member, you serve the
universal union and the Director of the industry with full
intent to be loyal in your service?
I understand the following information.
If accepted, do you promise to follow any and all
rules/orders/tasks given to you by your superiors, down to the
letter?
I promise to follow all orders given to me by my superiors, down
to the letter.

Good amount of RP with her, she did RP handing in the
application to be filed and submited as well as some InternRP
and a tour of the clinic. +Support on this one.
