       Suggestion to Advance the Server's Quality

       Hello all! I am Shia Avpralienwarrior, new to this community! I
       wanted to try out HL2RP again, so I decided to give this server
       a go! I used to be a regular over on Shockcoregaming, even staff
       at one point. Anyway, I have a problem with the server. Voice
       chat for MPF. When Units can just go "Haha" or "10-103m blah
       blah," it's lazy. It really is. It makes your Units look like
       they can't RP. I'm just suggesting to remove them is all.
