To-Do, MPF/OTA Guides

So, Since biggerboat's guide is gone, we need an updated guide
with everything our MPF is doing today
We need to cover the ranks and their abilities, model and load
out
Divisions and their purposes
Outline a Loyalist system then keep to it
Every possible transgression and how they should be punished
Locations and what units can be in there at what times
Cover inspections, work cycles, ration cycles, and other
Combine-initiated events.
Various Sociostability codes from green to black and alerts,
such as Judgement waivers, Nexus lock down, and the threshold
for when OTA is deployed.
And the ported radio index from Biggerboat's guide that we're
using
We need all of those in a new guide
Then the UU factions will slowly improve from there, because
then everyone can know what we're actually doing and can make
community input on it.
We also appear to be using Biggerboat's Transgressions and
Sterilized credit system, but I don't know for sure because
nothing's written down.

Agreed, I also want to mention I've noticed nothing but 05's on
a vast majority of the time.
I think more of a rank system should be established to increase
organization in the MPF.

We definitely need more basic things to be written down.
Currently very little information is concrete except for what is
in the single guide

I can assist with the writing of the guide if it's put into a
Google doc for writing, not formatting. I'm still working on the
CWU Medical Textbook but I can manage my time.

their respective sections. Thread closed. Ill be working on
