How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?: About 5
years.
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?:
Yes, though if something differs with the system, I will adjust
accordingly within time.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?:
Quite familiar, I've had experience through-out from several
servers, most being quite "minge'ish" but still certainly
getting a great experience and good role play from some other
servers nevertheless.
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?:
I have read the handbook and the compact guide, but I will keep
them open in a close distance for a future use if needed to
study the required reference needed.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?:
Yes, I understand.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?:
Report mine and the unit's location to Dispatch and proceed to
execute an arrest on the unit within any means possible by gun
point.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?:
Order the citizen to stay where they are and pull out my
stunstick, further actions from the citizen trying to get close
to me will end up being their demise to get to the detainment
cell.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?:
Pull out my sidearm if the citizen is within a longer distance
from me and order them to drop the stunstick, if the citizen
doesn't comply, fire. Alternatively, if the citizen is closer, I
would pull out my own issued stunstick and defend myself from
the aggressor. Afterwards (or before the citizen has attacked me
and I am in a safer distance) I will report the situation to
Dispatch and any near-by unit's to assist me.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?:
Immediately fire at the malignant to offer covering fire for my
fellow officer, during this situation either me or the fellow
officer will radio in to Dispatch and request for
reinforcements.
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?:
Report the incident to Dispatch and any available Helix unit's
before giving the fellow officer basic medical attention,
applying health gel around his gunshot wounds and bandage it up
to avoid further blood loss.
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?:
Report the situation to any possible officer(s) that are
currently on-duty to let them be aware of the situation through
radio communication and enter the scene with high caution to
cease and control the citizen's aggressive actions by detaining
and searching all citizen's who are apart of the happening
incident.
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?:
Report the citizen's enterance to the restricted block to
Dispatch and / or superior officer(s) to await for further
instructions.
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?:
"10-4, Dispatch, unit is 10-19."

Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?:
To ensure Universial Union's and our benefactors intrests in
controlling and protecting the general population of citizens in
the city.
Do you have any family? Explain:
Yes, I have one sibling, parents and wife. Though, all of them
are presumed dead due to the 7-hour war and loss of
communication.
Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
in the past? Explain.
One single infraction incident occurred with a Protection Team
member, a arrest 'resist' upon walking with 2 other citizen's,
officers began to detain one of them and I thought my status was
clear, it was not apparently when I began to walk on my own and
they saw this as a violation.
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?:
Yes, I understand.
I, Ross Dubhgall, swear my life into the Civil Protection in
service of my family and my species, and understand that failure
to effectively do my job will put my family's safety at risk,
and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead to their safety and
comfort.[/center]
