How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?:
2 Years. I've lasted 2 years in HL2RP. Known the very little
corners of it.
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?:
Very Familiar. I've proven myself very familiar with this
system. Played on a lot of servers. Been a SeC. And upranked as
an OTA. I've had so much experience with this on other servers
So I think I'm very familiar with it.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?:
I've started my HL2RP Days as a Citizen and recruited as a MPF
on the 3rd day. This day then rose up till the end of the
Server. [Top Rock RP Server] I've played as many MPF Chars back
in the days.
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?:
Yes, I've read the guide before thinking of applying as an
officer. I always do that to see if the servers go with the old
fashioned HL2RP, Or add some new things to the RP to spice
things up.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?:
Yes. I understand purely.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?:
This depends on what Rank, And what is around me. Though for
this I would pressume that I am just a newly ranked Civil
Protection member to the rank of 05. Of course I would radio any
nearby Civil-Pro Officers and try to keep a very close eye on
the Suspect before moving in with the other Civil-Pro Officers.
If possible, I would ask a higher ranking that is very close to
me for further instructions. A Civil Protection Officer's Duty
is to keep everyone around safe. If I am alone, I would quickly
try to detain him as fast as possible And take him for some
Reassessment.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?:
Deemed as a very twitch citizen, I would quickly look at this
characteristics and take a deep look at what he has on him.
Possibly look at his physical appearance too and unclipping my
stun baton at the moment he comes VERY close. I would then say
at a very low toned voice, A Threatening one too. Saying "
Citizen. Move. Back. Right now. " Setting my stun baton at
Medium. Just incase he tries to resist. If he does, I would then
immidiately Re-educate him and detain him for mental assessment.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?:
I would immidiately shout " Citizen. Stay where you are, get on
the ground, Do it now! " Whilst unclipping my pistol. Being
ready for what's going to happens next. If he complies, I would
then unclip my Stun Baton, Still holding my pistol with my
non-dominant hand and my Stun baton with my dominant hand.
Keeping the distance between my stun baton and my pistol in case
he tries to get it off my non-dominant hand, I could quickly
smash his arm clear with my stun baton or my knee. If all goes
as planned, I would detain him and radio nearby units for " 647E
On Distribution Block 7, Requesting addition 10-59 on my 10-20.
" If the Citizen did not comply as planned, I would quickly
shoot as soon as I get a clear shot at any part of his body. I
would then quickly radio "I got a code 34S, 647E On Distribution
Block 7, Requesting 10-52. " If you are wondering why I asked
for a 10-52 is that an officer should ALWAYS, Capture an
anti-citizen, It would prove beneficial for the Civil-Protection
Faction.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?:
Taking Pre-Cautionary measures and taking cover near a wall or
something hard enough not to be penentrated by bullets. I would
radio dispatch " CODE 34S, We got a 647E! 10-52 at my 10-20!
Residential Block One! "
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?:
As an officer, I would then take any clean piece of cloth, Or if
there are nothing nearby, I would then quickly take a dirty
piece of cloth and wash it with a breen water quickly. Returning
back to the wounded unit I would press HARD into the wound,
Giving effort to stop the bleeding. I would then quickly request
a 10-52 from my radio, And make them attend to my 10-20. Trying
to press hard into the wound to stop it and save his life.
Though a bandage would be a very useful idea, Not everytime will
you have a bandage on you.
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?:
I quickly take my radio and try to keep other nearby CP officer
on my position to get on my 10-20 in that said residential
block. I would then take my stunstick and set it to high. Though
taking caution, The said citizen may have a weapon and maybe
using that said fistfight as a distraction. I would unclip my
pistol and set it to Fire, Then putting it back again. I would
then take a closer look at the fist fight. I would then shout "
Citizen, Move back right now! Do you people want a malcompliance
verdict? Isolate and Vacate! " I would then push my way through
the fight. If saw a weapon in the gun fight, I would then clip
my baton and turning it off and taking my pistol. Aiming right
at the said citizen. " Citizen, Get on the ground! Do it now! "
I would then forcefully takedown the citizen. Detaining him and
keeping the weapon away. If that is the scenario. But I would
keep my stunstick on high when no citizen has a weapon on hand.
I would then tell the other citizens while keeping the said
citizen down to face the wall. Aiming my pistol on my dominant
hand. My knee on the citizen's back. While waiting for any
respondants other than myself.
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?:
I would quickly radio Dispatch about said citizen. Taking
caution and moving back to nexus. Alerting other Civil
Protection unit, And moving with my designated PT. That citizen
maybe a suspected 647E. I can't take any chances to lose a life
so I would move not by myself.
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?:
Simple. " 10-4 Dispatch. Moving in. " Then return 10-8
afterwards.

Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?:
Being a loyalist isn't enought for imortalization. Joining the
Union is! The Universal Union will do anything for the
Betterment of Mankind. I do not only believe this, But I worship
this idea. Taking it towards any time of my life. And keeping it
on my mind, Whatever happens.
Do you have any family? Explain:
Sadly, No. I lost my family back in City 49. All deceased. My
wife and my Father. If you haven't known yet (But I'm sure you
do), City 49 had been struck by a virus, I never knew this
virus' Codename but all I know for sure is that this virus kills
both Combine and Humans. Only Vortigaunts were kept alive I
suppose.
Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
in the past? Explain.
None. I keep my loyalty to the Union!
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?:
Yes. Even if my family is only myself, I will sacrifice anything
for the betterment of Mankind!
