How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?: 2Years. On
and OFF.
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?: I am.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?: Was MPF once before.
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?: Yes, i have
read it, and i can have it open, i learn beter in the field than
when reading.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?: Yes, i do.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?: The unit is
incapable to performe free will. Call backup and try arresting
the unit, if uncapable, try using force, if the unit puts my
life in danger, i will field amputate.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?:
Warn him not to come to close to me, if no response warn him
with a push, if further not response, detain him. If need be use
force. Also inform dispapatch. And if needed call backup.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?: Yell
stop, drop the weapon, if not conplient, shoot him in the legs,
put presure on them to stop the bleeding and then inform
dispatch on what happened. And detain the citizen.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?: Pull my gun, and fire back, then
radio in, my units number 10-99,10-52, and keep the unit safe
until backup or the milignant is down. Put the unit into the
best cover i can find and fight back.
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?: Give him all the
first aid i can, and transport him to the medbay, before
raidioing in what happened, if dispatch says he is miscount,
terminate him.
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?:Follow standart procedure radio
in posible 10-15 need backup Code2, resolve the conflict, if
needed arrest the individuals, perform searches.
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?: Radio in,
10-91d and ask for orders. I need explict permision to enter
Restricted Block 4 by myself
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?: Radio my call sign and 10-4 is 10-19.

Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?: I have firs
aid training, and am a good runer, i hate uncivilized sociaty. I
want to ensure my city keeps safe, and is not infested by
malignants.
Do you have any family? Explain: No, i do not, my family was
killed in the 7h. war.
Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
in the past? Explain. No, i have no infractions, i am a loyal
citizen.
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: Yes, i do.
I, Rapolas Zuzu, swear my life into the Civil Protection in
service of my family and my species, and understand that failure
to effectively do my job will put my family's safety at risk,
and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead to their safety and
comfort.

The application is too short, not that detailed and in general
seems to be copied and pasted. Re-apply next time DENIED
