[ACCEPTED] Church's New and Improved Application

How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?: Almost a
year. I have played on two other servers. I was also a
Protection Officer on one of them.
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?: No, but I willing to adjust. It won't be
that hard.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?: The one server that
was a CP officer on had a lot of minges, (which is why I left)
so I do believe that my knowledge of the system is not that
great compaired to most others.
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?: I have this
time read through the guide. I will keep it open on my phone
though, just so I don't mess up or something like that.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?: I do understand this, and
I will not do anything rouge. I'm wanting to sign up to be an
officer, not a rouge.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?: From my knowledge,
autonomous means that you can apply any verdict, unless given a
12-00. So (from what I know, and plllleease correct me if I'm
wrong) I would arrest the unit and put them in the Nexus for
questioning, unless told otherwise.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?:
Give them a command to stay back. After I have said this three
times, if they still continue, I will pull out my Shock-Baton
and hit them. If they still continue, then I will unholster my
firearm and give the command one more time. If they do not
comply after this then I WILL discharge my firearm at them.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?:
Unholster my pistol and aim it at the citizen. Quickly tell him
to stop and drop the weapon. If they do not comply I will fire
at the legs, wounding them. Once they are down, I will radio in
with " 647E, 11-8, 10-26."
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?: Quickly unholstering my firearm
and firing back, I will then radio in, " (My unit Name), 10-99,
10-52!" I will try and keep the other officer safe until I
wound/kill the malignant, or get back up, or even further
orders.
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?: I will radio it in
that the unit is badly wounded, if they say he is a miscount,
I'll
terminate him.
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?: I'll take matters into my own
hands to maintain a civil city and try to resovle the issue.
Following standard proceedure, I will make sure no one is hurt,
check them, and send them to their rooms.
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?: Radio in, "
10-91d entering Restricted Block Four, orders?"
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?: I would stop patroling and respond with, "10-4, (My
Tagline-1) is 10-19."

Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?: I wish to
enlist because I have a set of skills that I have earned through
working at the Police Force, back before Earth was occupied by
the Combine.
Do you have any family? Explain: No, but I do have a close
friend, Alejandra Valdez. My family excluded me from being
around them for reasons that are still unknown to me today. I
also do not know the wear-abouts of my family.
Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
in the past? Explain. No, I abide by the law and I do what I'm
told. That is why I wish to enforce the law.
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: Yes and I will
ensure that I efficently do my duty as a Protection Team member.
I, Lisa M. Church, swear my life into the Civil Protection in
service of my family and my species, and understand that failure
to effectively do my job will put my family's safety at risk,
and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead to their safety and
comfort.

Foxy is a fantastic player in the community and can handle
himself great in role-play, he has had plenty of experience in
MPF and would be a viable asset if you're looking for new
members.
He takes his time with situations and makes sure everything is
of utmost quality.

The application seems to be fine the second RP question I have
some doubts on how you would respond (Moving to lethal force so
quickly), but I think you will do fine. ACCEPTED
