[ACCEPTED] Doggo's Re-application [I know to re-apply is BS, but

How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?: Haven't had
much experience in HL2RP, I'd say 200 of the 350+ hours i got on
GMOD have been on the Roleplaying server, but i've been RPing
for around 7 years now in other games.
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?:I am, I guess the new change of system will
slow me down a little because it's sometimes broken and
uncertain (That apart from rushed), but I'll catch up.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?: Enough to have reached
OfC Rank on the server, that is though, before the MPF System
change.
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?:I always have
the guide open as a mode of having it in hand whenever I need a
radio code, contraband levels or any situation that may require
different judgement or it's a situation that requires full or
partial knowledge of the Guide, even if there isn't a specified
subject or situation in the guide at hand, Where I would apply
judgement as well as knowledge on the guide to solve the
situation swiftly.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?:I do understand, even
though this should be in the IC part.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?: If by 'Autonomous'
you mean 'Rogue' then I'll act accordingly, Either by finishing
the Unit's duties by finishing the Unit's life or by arresting
the unit and bring it in for Interrogation due to X or Y
motives..
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?: I
unclip my Stun-Baton and set it to Medium setting, Keep it in a
tight grasp, order the citizen to retire thrice, if he doesn't,
Hit him with the baton, if he still tries to come closer,
Unholster (unclip the fabric cover, slide it out of the Holster,
yada,yada,yada) my weapon and call for reinforcement due to a
Malcompliant Citizen, a 10-96d and a 10-103M
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?:I Unclip
the fabric cover of the Pistol, Slide out the pistol from its
holster, Flick the Safety-off, Pull back the slider, attempt to
reason with the Citizen by holding him at gunpoint (Then, fearRP
is in effect). if Not able to shoot to the Citizen's
kneecaps/legs to reduce him, I'd shoot the chest of the
approaching Citizen, if that doesn't work either, Reduce him
with a tackle, then hold him at gunpoint while calling for
something along the lines of 'Unit YELLO-2 10-103, 34S, 647E and
a 95B Malcompliant Carrying.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?: End with the situation as swiftly
as Possible, Calling for reinforcements in any chance that I
have, once the situation has ended, check on the Wounded unit's
gravity of his/her wounds, if they're minor wounds, Apply first
aid to the Unit and return to comply with 10-41 Directives.
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?:Label the Unit as a
Miscount and put him/her down, regardless of his/her rank, This
according to the MPF Guide. (Even though, For the Universal
Union the issue of an unit needing more Medical assistance
wouldn't be a problem since they're resourceful enough to have
given us a medical bay and i don't think the UU would die down
due to sparing some BIOGEL and medical equipment, I mean, the
unit's gut aren't hanging out of his stomach or his legs aren't
completely detached from, I don't know how it'll be more cheaper
for the UU to rather choose to get rid of a ((Possible))Veteran
unit to change it for a new, untrained and as the guide says it
'Citizen equipped with MPF clothes, yet, it is still
malnourished')
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?: Continue with 10-41 Directives,
Units aren't here to save citizens, they're here to mantain
order of the Society that has been built by the United Union,
Radio Dispatch about a 10-91E on my 10-20 [Current location]
then wait for approval or wait until a request is given by
dispatch, just then, my unit may go and check out, always
Accompained by other Unit(s).(Learned on the field, always go
with more than one unit with you in case things go south.)
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?:[In case that
situation would happen, I'm pretty sure Units would've shot the
Citizen dead, it's not just like "Oh yeah, I chased him for a
while, I kinda forgot you had ranged weapons"]Finish the
Citizen's life before he arrives at the Block four, If not
succesful on killing/Injuring the citizen, I'd Call Dispatch and
ask for permition to do a Sweep on Block four with other two
Units because of an Anti-Citizen that has ran towards the
restricted area, in case the request is denied, await for
further orders and re-group, or continue with the 10-41
directives.
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?: "Copy that, i2.YELLO-2 10-76 10-19R" Head to the Nexus
and chill, and before going On-duty, resupply on 12 Gauge
shells, MP7/MP5 Rounds aswell as 9mm. Handgun rounds.

the MPF app got set as a MPF Off-duty character, therefore it
doesn't has CID)
Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?: To Protect
the society that has been established by the United Union after
the ocupation of the earth, aswell as to provide for my elder
family that is now reisiding someplace where I can't take care
of them.
Do you have any family? Explain: Anton Markov, 69948 [Aged 62]
and Svetlana Mayrovich, 55896 [Aged 59], They currently reside
in City 8 and have been living a life with several benefits due
to MPF Officer rank Perks .
Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
in the past? Explain.
[This part has been Marked off due to Memory Replacement
procedures.](But no. In haven't got any other Infractions with
MPF teams, was a Bronze tier loyalist before joining)
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: I understand
that Any failure or any malcompliance with Civil Protection duty
is an offense and an Act of treason to the MPF and this could
involve immediate Amputation of me
I, Vincent Jodorosky Markov, swear my life into the Civil
Protection in service of my family and the society that the
United Union has established for the planet earth, to protect
the Union's Ideologies and sovereign state of their government
over the planet , I also ackwoledge and understand that failure
to share the Union's ideas, disobeying any direct orders by a
high ranking unit or attempting to betray the UU will put my
family's safety at risk, and contrary-wise, efficiency on my
duties in preserving the society we live in will lead to their
safety and comfort.
