Java's MPF Application

How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?: Seperate
from this server, and overall, about 2 years
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?: I'm still trying to completley understand
the system of this server, but I am a fast learner.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?: I've practiced being
CP on a friends server, but not too much. (I do have ALOT of
experience as being police, etc on santos RP, city RP, so on, so
forth)
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?: Yes, I am.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?: Yes, I do
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?: I would go to the
unit, announce hes been labeled autonomous, then proceed to get
him against the wall arrest him, (then radio it in) If he
decides to resist I would deliver a strike with my stunstick
until he decides to listen, or until hes knoced out.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?: I
would calmy tell him to back away, and if he does not respond
correctly, I would take further physical actions, such as
arrests, pushing, radioing it in, etc.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?: I would
aim my firearm at him, telling him to drop the weapon, and if he
resists, I would hit him with the butt of my pistol, (or with my
stunstick) until he follows my orders, then I would proceed to
tell him to get against the wall, search him, get his
information, radio it in, then take him to the Nexus.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?: I would rush to cover, radio in
the the wounded officer, and the shooter, I would then (if
possible) drag my partner to saftey, also discharging some
rounds if neccesary.
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?: I radio in medical
backup, and proceed to cover his wounds to stop blood loss,
protecting him with my life until medical units arrive.
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?: I arrive to the location, order
both of the civilians to stop, and get on the wall to proceed
with arrests, and getting information, if they do not listen I
would hit them with my stunstick, until they stop, or are
knocked out, and proceed with arrests.
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?: First I would
order him to stop runing, if he does not properly respond, I
would fire off warning rounds, radio it in, and possibly injur
him in the leg to slow him down, then proceed with the arrest.
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?: I proceed by radioing 10-4, inbound, and follow any
dispatch orders.

Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?: I wish to
enlist in the Civil Protection so I can protect, serve, and
clean around the city. I hate seeing when CP are un-responsive,
or not doing their job when it's very needed, so I would love to
restore that position as the responsible MPF we need.
Do you have any family? Explain: In City 17 I do not have any
family, and im not to social, as all of my family is currently
living in Germany, or other European countries alike, and my
Brother Miles was amputated.
Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
in the past? Explain. No, not personally.
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: Yes, I
understand
I, Mäx Schwartzer, swear my life into the Civil Protection in
service of my family and my species, and understand that failure
to effectively do my job will put my family's safety at risk,
and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead to their safety and
comfort.
