       What purpose do you believe you would serve in the Imperial
       Industries?
       I believe I would be able to serve them greatly in the field of
       both medical assistance, and exploration. Being not only
       available to help in emergency situations but helping long term
       patients too.
       What What skills do you possess that would benefit our union?
       Before the Combine invasion, I worked in the medical field for
       years as both a nurse and eventually a doctor. Additionally, I
       have assisted and complied with Civil Protection units recently.
       I provided not only victims with medical assistance, but the
       officers themselves.
       Do you understand that the industry is simply a subsidiary
       company of the CWU, therefore, as a member, you serve the
       universal union and the Director of the industry with full
       intent to be loyal in your service?
       Yes, I will forever stay loyal and serve.
       If accepted, do you promise to follow any and all
       rules/orders/tasks given to you by your superiors, down to the
       letter?
       Yes, I will comply and follow all orders.
