       How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?:Less than a
       year
       Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
       adjust accordingly?: Im not completley familliar but I am open
       to learn it.
       How familiar are you with MPF role play?:Id like to say that I
       have a basic understanding but i will need to learn more through
       training.
       Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
       the guide open always for reference on what to do?: I have read
       the guide and can keep it open for reference.
       Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
       possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
       from the Civi-pro faction leadership?: Yes
       RP EXAMPLES
       You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
       transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
       is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?: If i am being self
       governed then I would "turn myself in" if I didnt understand why
       I was being labeled this I would calmly ask why.
       While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
       The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?: I
       shouldnt be patrolling alone to start with, I should have my
       buddy. If the same case happened with a buddy Id tell the
       civillian to back up, if they dont Ill use my stunstick.
       In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
       with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?: Id pull
       out my gun and warn them if they continue to run at me Ill
       shoot.
       You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
       when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
       some extent. What do you do?: I radio in for backup and wait for
       backup to arrive before moving in.
       The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
       badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
       attention to save his life. What do you do?: Start treating
       him/her to the best of my ability and call in for medical
       support.
       You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
       residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
       sounds serious. What do you do?: I tell my buddy and we move in
       to asses the situation.
       During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
       runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
       runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?: Alert the rest
       of MPF that the suspect has entered Restricted Block 4 and ask
       how to respond. (As in, is use of deadly force authorized or
       detain only.)
       While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
       Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
       Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
       respond?: Id say 10-4, and head over to where they called and do
       as Im told.

       Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?: I am loyal
       to the combine and believe in their ideals.
       Do you have any family? Explain: No. My family and I were
       seperated soon after the combine took over, I dont mind though,
       my family were all trash and neglectful so the combine is an
       upgrade.
       Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
       in the past? Explain. No ive been a loyal citizen since the day
       I entered the city.
       Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
       Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: Yes
       I, Thomas R. Miller, swear my life into the Civil Protection in
       service of my family and my species, and understand that failure
       to effectively do my job will put my family's safety at risk,
       and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead to their safety and
       comfort.
