[ACCEPTED] Itay's MPF Application

Posted it on the new forums but it didn't show to anyone else so
I'm posting it here for the time being

How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?: Started late
2015 so around three years is correct
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?: I can adapt to any changes if need be and
yes, I am familiar with the system
How familiar are you with MPF role play?: UU-aligned characters
were the pinacle of my role-play for the majority of my time and
I've been jumping from server to server looking for a nice
community, so yes, you could say I am familiar with MPF
role-play
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?: I did and am
definitely capable of doing so.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?: I understand and accept
any punishment for failure to follow the rules.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?: I would radio back
to Dispatch asking to 10-9 to make sure the transmission was
correct, if it's the actual message then I would un-clip my
holster and put my right arm on my fire-arm and telling the unit
to stop in his place and not turn around. Once he's stopped dead
in his place I would tell him to slowly raise his hands in the
air and put them behind his head so he wouldn't be so fast to
take out his weapon after which I would yell to him to face the
nearest wall and walk to it in a turtle-speed pace. I would take
my left hand on my stun-stick and un-clip it from the belt while
keeping my right arm on my holster ready to raise my fire-arm, I
would immediately tell Dispatch that I am 10-39 to my 10-20 for
arrest of autonamous unit after that I would wait for the other
unit to arrive on-scene. Once the unit arrives I would take out
my stun-baton while the other unit has his weapon trained on the
Autonomous unit and I would knock him out and bring him to the
NEXUS for further prosecution to the unit.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?: I
wouldn't be patrolling the city alone in-fear of receiving a
warning or blackmark. Unless forced to do so by a High-Ranking
unit I would tell the citizen to move back and go on his way, if
he doesn't follow my orders the first time I would attempt to
grab him by his arm and force him to a wall into an arm lock
while taking out my stun-baton and talking into my radio to
Dispatch saying "10-91, possibly mentally unfit failure to
follow direct orders at 10-20 "insert location here"
administering verdict " then I would proceed to restrain the
citizen and search him for anything else that might be illegal,
then knock him out and bring him to the NEXUS after that I would
put him in a cell and request for his name and CID to add three
criminal points and put him in for three cycles. If he truly is
mentally unfit then I would proceed to report it to Dispatch and
amputate him.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?: I would
hastly un-clip my holster with my right arm and take out my
fire-arm, putting it into my both hands for tighter grip and
better accuracy, it would always be off-safety unless in NEXUS
for fear of safety and shooting at the 10-91 trying to
incapacitate him (Legs, arms, stomach. Non-vital areas etc.)
then I would report it to Dispatch saying "10-47! 10-91
Attempted assault on unit 10-78, 10-91 is incapacitated, need
medical assistance" once the 10-91 would be stabilized, I would
restrain him and knock him out after that I would take him to
the NEXUS for questioning by Judge units.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?: I would would quickly run to cover
facing away from the area where I heard the shot go off, take my
radio and yell "10-99, at 10-20 RB1! Officer wounded" Once I'm
done talking into my radio I would un-holster my fire-arm and
take a quick peek to see if I could see the shooter, if I took a
good look at him I would report his appearance and his location
for assisting units to investigate that area and attempt to
surprise the suspect and kill or knock him out from behind
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?: From my position of
cover I would try to drag the unit to myself so we wouldn't be
exposed, I would then put pressure on the wound where he was
shot and apply first aid so he wouldn't bleed out until the
medical units arrive on-scene to take care of him.
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?: I would radio in "10-103, 10-20
RB possible level three violation - brawling. Moving to
investigate" once I would re-assure myself that I saw two
10-91's fighting I would radio in "10-47, level three violation.
two 10-91 engaged in fistfight" I would wait for another patrol
unit to move to our location until our PT's move in to break up
and arrest and knock out the two citizens for a level three
violation and take them for three cycles into holding cells
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?: I would stop
dead in my tracks and talking into my radio saying "10-91
Escaped into RB Four, abandoning pursuit. Physical description
of 10-91 is (insert his description here), level three and four
violations - resisting search and entering locked restricted
block. " if I wrote down the information of the 10-91 I would
also report it over the radio. then I would radio in "Unit is
Code 14 "
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?: I would radio back "10-4, unit is en-route to 10-20
HPR1 for Revitalization Processing" I would then stop patrolling
and go to where I am ordered to.

deceased in the war, no current biological brothers or sisters.

in the past? Explain. No, I don't have any infractions.
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: I understand.
I, ITAY CARTER, swear my life into the Civil Protection in
service of my family and my species, and understand that failure
to effectively do my job will put my family's safety at risk,
and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead to their safety and
comfort.

I appreciate the writing here, however your punctuation needs
some serious work. Your paragraphs are really just insanely long
run-on sentences, and it reads very poorly because of that.
However, if you were to fix that I would be quite satisfied with
this application. As it is, I will accept it despite the
punctuation issues, but I definitely want you to work on that.
