How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?: I've been
playing since around 2013, so about 3-4 years.
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?: Yes, of course.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?: Not too experienced,
I've been MPF on a few low populated servers. I have the guide
open at all times in case I am not familiar with a situation.
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?: Yes, I've
read both the guide and handbook. I always keep it open in the
background.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?: Of course, I can't just
go running off whenever I feel like it.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?: I would quickly call
for backup and unholster my weapon, forcing the unit to face the
wall. If he complies, i would strip him of his gear and weapons.
I would wait for other units to arrive and then attempt to knock
him unconscious with my stun stick. If the unit were to refuse
to face the wall, I would give out a verbal warning for him to
surrender before attempting to incapacitate him with my weapon.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?: I
would give him a verbal warning first to move along, if the
citizen were to ignore my warning I would tell him to face the
wall, restraining him and checking for any possible contraband.
Then I would re-educate the citizen by dealing two blows with my
stun stick, as uncivil behavior is a level one violation.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?: I would
quickly start to back away, unholstering my weapon while doing
so. I would warn the citizen only once to drop his weapon, if he
were to refuse i would incapacitate the citizen by shooting at
his kneecaps. I would then knock him unconscious, tie him up and
imprison him for 8 detainment cycles for carrying level two
contraband and direct assault of a unit.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?: I would quickly unholster my
weapon, firing at the hostile to get him to retreat. I would
then drag my fellow unit to cover, would radio a 10-99 and
request a HELIX unit to my location while trying to keep
pressure on the wound until backup arrives.
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?: I would immediately
request a HELIX unit, keeping pressure on the wound, trying to
keep blood loss to a minimum.
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?: I would unholster my weapon,
and radio a 10-94 and request backup to my location. I would
then break up the fight and tell everyone to put their hands up,
keeping my gun aimed at the individuals while i wait for backup
to arrive.
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?: I cannot enter
block four alone, I would then radio a higher ranking unit and
await further orders.
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?: I would radio "10-4, proceeding to region one.", and
would then go to said location.

in the past? Explain. I do not have any infractions.
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: Yes, of
course.
I, Sam Rothstein, swear my life into the Civil Protection in
service of my family and my species, and understand that failure
to effectively do my job will put my family's safety at risk,
and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead to their safety and
comfort.
