Recruits are the slush at the bottom of the barrel. Not
particularly useful but completely necessary to replenish
manpower. Once they’re processed through the application
system, they disappear into the nexus. Inside, they complete a
series of tests and training assignments until they’re
deemed competent enough to be assigned to a division.
They’re not allowed to possess or operate any form of
weaponry or assets unless under the supervision of an
experienced unit (02+/Of if an exception has been made via HC
(High Command)). They’re usually malnourished, scared and
anxious. The human mind is delicate, which means if you’re
roleplaying a recruit it is expected of you to fear roleplay to
the best of your ability when you experience traumatic things
like but not limited to, murder, executions, beatings, violent
conflicts, etc etc.
To summarise, your duties are to learn and practice until
you’re deemed competent enough to be assigned to a
division (Union, Helix, and or Grid). It is not recommended that
you ignore things that would normally effect human beings
realistically, IE (Murders etc). Acting like a terminator will
generally get you removed from your position.
HTML https://image.ibb.co/m3SjWR/05.jpg
Once you have passed your training from the recruit phase,
you’ll be assigned to that of a squad. Upon this
assignment, you’ll receive your first official rank within
the MPF. You’re still inexperienced, but you know more
than recruits. Your main priorities are to continue to learn,
fulfil any requirements beset upon you by superiors so long as
it does not harm the Union, and to do as much as you can to show
your pride and excellence. If you do the opposite, example, not
doing as you’re told, you’re lazy, you don’t
actively seek to create your own roleplay, or you roleplay
poorly and hinder the development of those around you, you will
most likely be killed and removed. You cannot train recruits. To
summarise, actively look to complete tasks by your superiors.
Learn as much as you can to progress your skills, and create
your own roleplay with your peers via simply engaging in ic
conversation or training. Don’t be useless. Don’t
touch recruits.
HTML https://image.ibb.co/kdpnkm/04.jpg
You’re on your way up the ranks, however an
oh-four is still considered to be the meat shields of the civil
authority. Still lacking in experience to really do much things
effectively, your main priorities are to continue to learn and
just get involved with as much as you can that will assist in
your personal development. You’ll mostly be patrolling,
handing out rations, and just doing the bare back work that the
MPF has to offer. This is still considered to be a fragile role,
so any bullshit will be met with swift action, usually resulting
in a black mark or at worse, death. So be careful about how you
conduct yourself, you’re not safe yet. Summarise, have fun
but don’t be dumb.
HTML https://image.ibb.co/btaeWR/03.jpg
Welcome to the rank of being partially noticed. You’re
starting to gain more and more experience around the basic
duties of your role. Helix units will start to conduct and learn
more about how to properly treat more units, whilst grid will
gain better insight towards mechanical and technical practice,
lastly union by now should know how to conduct a proper sweep,
ration distribution and detainment/investigation. Although you
still get anxious and cannot roleplay being a terminator, the
sight of gun fire, blood, and death doesn’t disturb you as
much as it did before. You’re however not immune, seeing
this will generally make you depressed, but not scared or
nervous. To summarise, you may start to develop your character
in the way you want but keep it realistic. You possess decent
knowledge of how to conduct most things within your assignment
details.
HTML https://image.ibb.co/espHJ6/02.jpg
Welcome to the role where you hold a relatively small amount of
power. By now you should be well and truly representing your
division well, and being an example to your peers of a lower
rank than you. You should be taking charge of most situations
where you are the highest rank, to prepare you for becoming an
Oh-One. You’re allowed to bend the rules a little bit
here, and lean more so to turning the blind eye towards inhuman
acts, such as executions and grizzly orders.
HTML https://image.ibb.co/cAa2km/01.jpg
By the time you reach this position, you would’ve gone
through enough development to be comfortable with handling most
duties on your own. You should know how to run ration
distribution, how to clamp and breach, how to effectively sweep
and operate in dangerous situations. You should be good at what
you do, for what comes next is field command. By now you
would’ve been exposed to enough shit to effectively render
you either numb, or psychotically insane. However, brainwashing
and loyalty programs keep you well in check, and at bay.
However, psychotic tendencies will leak through this visage. You
should be training and looking out for your units wherever and
as best you can. In summary, you have the right to act kind of
important towards other ground units, the next step for you is
field command, an officers position. You should know what
you’re doing, and know not to be dumb. You can authorise
ration distribution.

Officers of a division are primarily tasked to ensure the
training and functioning of the divisions ground forces. Their
duty is to examine and recommend units for promotions or if
necessary, demotions. Officers have the authority to black mark
units in their division only, meaning a Union OfC cannot
blackmark a Helix unit, however they can bypass this via asking
for permission from a division DvL. Officers are required to
give their division members something to do if there’s
nothing going on. To summarise, as an Officer your duty is to
ensure your division is always actively doing something
productive, and training/showing the units within your division
or patrol, experience and knowledge.
HTML https://image.ibb.co/ghS0qm/DvL.jpg
With our current system we have three divisions, Union, Grid,
and Helix. This would mean we shall have three DvL Units, one
for each division. DvL's are primarily in charge of running
their division, however it is not uncommon for DvL's to task
units from sister/brother divisions. For example, a Union DvL
may task a Helix 01 to treat a Union 03, the Helix 01 would thus
follow orders is these orders fall within their mission
parameters(Triage) and vice versa a Helix DvL might order a
Union 01 to patrol and ensure district stability is functioning.
DvL's may blackmark and authorise Officers to blackmark units
from other divisions, however should these blackmarks be
disputed, they’re to be refered to the CmD. The DvL's will
operate closely with the CmD to ensure maximum effectiveness,
whilst running trainings, handling promotions, ensuring their
division has mission objectives. To summarise, DvL's train,
develop and task all units within their specific divisions,
whilst also working with the CmD to ensure any requirements are
transitioned correctly within the eyes of the Sectorial. DvL's
may request the transhuman arm, but it is generally recommended
they receive permission from their CmD beforehand. If the CmD is
unavailable, approach the SeC, and if the SeC is unavailable you
may authorise OTA deployment, however it must be documented and
reported to either SeC or DvL. Can authorise ration
distribution.
HTML https://image.ibb.co/h7cTbR/cmd2.jpg
Leader of all three divisions, Union, Grid, and Helix. This
Command unit is primarily responsible for communicating with the
Sectorial Commander regarding the performance and status of each
division, and to ensure they’re properly trained. The CmD
has secondary autonomous power, meaning he/she is second in
command when it comes to the MPF. Should the SeC be unavailable
for a lengthy amount of time, the CmD can act as the
representative of the MPF. The CmD has complete power over all
units apart from Internal and External Affairs. The CmD also has
the power to call in the Transhuman Arm, whilst also being able
to activate all forms Judgement waivers. In summary, the CmD is
Mr. second incharger. Can authorise ration distribution.
HTML https://image.ibb.co/bx4dQm/sec.jpg
The Sectorial Commander has full authority over the entire MPF.
His/her word is law, and any changes he or she may make is
final, with zero chance to compete. The character and role are
hugely important to the success of the faction overall, as a
Sectorial Commander whom doesn’t have the proper
experience, will no doubt invite a system of inefficiency,
leading to a falling MPF. The Sectorial Commander also organises
and ensures the functioning of the Transhuman Arm. To summarise,
this is Mr. Incharger. His or her word is final. Can authorise
ration distribution.
