       4. What personal qualities do you have that make you suitable
       for a place in the Overwatch faction?
       5. What is your experience with roleplaying in general?
       6. What other characters do you play?
       7. How long have you been involved in serious RP?
       8. How long have you played at Origins?
       9. What country and time zone are you located in (please use a
       GMT- or GMT+ modifier)?
       10. Do you have any experience in any factions at Origins or
       other communities?
       11. Have you ever been subject to punishment in a faction for
       doing something wrong OOCly? If so, please explain.
       12. Do you understand that by being accepted into the Overwatch
       faction, you are bound to the OOC standards?
