How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?: Five years.
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?: Yes.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?: With all my experience
of roleplay, my MPF roleplay time combined is about two of those
years.
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?: Yes
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?: The idea of being a rogue
doesn't interest me in the bit, you don't have to worry about
that from me.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?: My character would
acknowledge dispatch, but not before retrieving his service
pistol and detain the unit with safe precautions. Once dispatch
is acknowledged, radio in units of his 10-20 that the unit has
been apprehended and needing assistance.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?:
Radio in unit's of my units 10-20 and a possible 10-96 (Due to
the fact my unit is patrolling alone, which unrealistic enough).
Before inciting the citizen to get onto a wall for inspection,
retrieve my stunstick and flick it on. If the citizen does not
comply, proceed to pacify the citizen.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?:
Retrieve my service pistol, radio "10-78 DB7." before raising my
service pistol and demanding the citizen to freeze, if the
citizen is non-complient, shoot the citizen until he is deemed
no longer a threat.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?: Take cover to whatever is
available, once in cover, contact fellow units saying, "10-99,
Residential Block One, Code 34S!" Retrieve my service pistol and
proceed to lay down covering fire in the malignants general
direction, and whilst doing, if possible, cover the unit until
he or she is in proper cover.
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?: Request a
"Requesting Helix unit at my 10-20." While waiting for back up,
apply basic medical care to the unit through proper bandaging
and if avaiable at the time, bio-gel. Secure the scene
surrounding the unit and stand-by for backup.
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?: Radio in: "647, my 10-20."
Retrieve my service pistol before moving into the residential
block, once inside, quell the situation with a point of a pistol
and demand all citizen's on the wall. Once backup is arrived,
holster my firearm and retrieve my stunstick. Tie up all
suspecting citizen's, get the full story and decide the
judgement.
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?: Since the
Block Four is not somewhere a lone unit will go into it. Call it
into radio and wait for further orders since chasing him
wouldn't be the smartest decision.
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?: Radio in: "Copy that, 10-76." And proceed to the High
Priority Region.

Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?: The peace
the Civil Protection keeps within the walls of the City is
admirable, along with keeping rough housers in their place and
keeping society in-check. I want my hands to be in use of the
Union besides cleaning of trash and shining a window.
Do you have any family? Explain: Before the war, yes, now, no.
Even if I still do, I didn't want anything to do with them.
Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
in the past? Explain. No, I haven't.
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: Understood.
I, Dick Nailem, swear my life into the Civil Protection in
service of my family and my species, and understand that failure
to effectively do my job will put my family's safety at risk,
and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead to their safety and
comfort.

Dick Nailem can't be a CP. He's in rehab for addiction and he
has possible cancer.

ACCEPTED. Please find a staff member to give you your whitelist.
We have evaluations today, so we'll find out anything about his
character through medical trials. If he's caught, he knows what
the alternative is, and it's not a pretty one, either.
