How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?:For about 2
years.
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?:Yes, I am pretty familiar to this system.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?:I have played as a CP
unit, before my highest rank was 1 year ago when I was a DvL.
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?:Yes, I am.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?:Yes, I understand.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?:I would radio that I
have the unit and my location, that they are looking for in my
team. Then I would tell the automous unit to get on the wall
handcuf him and then wait for backup or bring him to Nexus.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?:I
bring out my stunstick telling the citizen, to move along and
strop bothering me, if he continues I give him civil
re-education punishment.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?: I
immediantly call for backup and try disarming the man with my
stunstick, then restrain him and bring him to the Nexus, and
take the contrband and destroy it, while giving him his
punishment for his crimes.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?:I call for backup and then bring
out my 9mm. loading it and then firing at him trying to kill or
wound him to enough where I can have control over the situation.
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?:I call for a Helix,
unit to my 10-20. Then I would see if I could find a CWU member
who has medical supplies and then bring him to nexus to make
sure, he is safe from harm, while waiting for the Helix to get
to the 10-20, and telling that their is a 647E on the loose.
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?:I radio a fist figher on the
radio, teling their is a fist fight in the residental blocks
then getting some other units with me I would then I would stop
the fight and maintain socio-stability over the situation, and
charge them for their actvities, giving them some medical
assitance and the citizen who caused it for a reason would be
charged with re-education and pentalty points.
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?:I tell all
units, on radio a suspicious citizen ran into block 4 befire, I
could tie him. And then getting futher orders from dispatch
about the situation.
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?:"<:: 10-4, TAGLINE-1 moving to High Priority Region one
for the revitalization processing. ::>"

Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?:I wish to
help in the Civic duties of the Civil Union. I have always
wanted to help the Civil Union with it's duties and rights.
Do you have any family? Explain: I have one brother, in City 27.
I used to be in that city but, go transfered to this one.
Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
in the past? Explain. The only infraction I have had was running
without a valid caused. I was re-educated and I will not do it
again.
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: Yes, I
completely understand that.
I, John Forum, swear my life into the Civil Protection in
service of my family and my species, and understand that failure
to effectively do my job will put my family's safety at risk,
and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead to their safety and
comfort.
