[INTERVIEW PROCESS]Simon.'s CP application

How long have you been in HL2RP in terms of years?: 6-7
Are you familiar with this system? If not, are you able to
adjust accordingly?: I do not know much about your system but I
can learn about it with little to no trouble.
How familiar are you with MPF role play?: I have been CP on
numerous amount of servers, I know what to do and what not to.
Have you read the guide thoroughly? Are you capable of having
the guide open always for reference on what to do?: Yes.
Do you understand that you cannot do anything that could
possibly be considered "rogue" without explicit authorization
from the Civi-pro faction leadership?: Yes, I understand.
RP EXAMPLES
You're on patrol with another unit. Suddenly you get a radio
transmission from Dispatch announcing that the unit in your PT
is now labeled autonomous. What do you do?: I would raise my
firearm at said unit, order him to face the wall whilst radioing
my position for backup. If I am with one more unit, I would tell
him or her to tie him up while I hold him at gunpoint, then
proceed to the nexus once the suspect is disarmed.
While patrolling alone, you are approached by a twitchy citizen.
The citizen keeps trying to get close to you. What do you do?:
After several warnings I would pull out my stunstick and proceed
with non-lethal punishment (re-education). If said situation
repeats, I will have no choice but to detain him and test
whether he is 10-103m or not.
In Distribution Block 7, you are approached by a citizen armed
with a stunstick. He is running at you. What do you do?: If
there is approximately long distance between us, I would pull my
gun and order him to drop his weapon, if he does not listen, I
would send round in direction of his leg to incapacitate him for
easier apprehending and later questioning. Of course I wouldn't
have enough time to radio for backup, therefore I have to take
matters in my own hands when my life is at risk, that means
taking extreme actions.
You and another unit are patrolling near Residential Block One
when a malignant discharges at you, wounding your counterpart to
some extent. What do you do?: 1. Take cover 2. Radio for backup
3. Return fire. 4. If possible, use confusion to safely
transport wounded unit to the cover.
The unit who was shot in the most recent gunfight is wounded
badly and obviously will require a great amount of medical
attention to save his life. What do you do?: First of all I
would prevent further blood lose by wrapping bandage or even
some cloth around blood, whilst doing so I would call for help
through the radio. Once finished I would put pressure on the
wound and comfort the unit, telling him to stay awake.
You are on patrol and you hear a fistfight in one of the
residential blocks. Dispatch isn't currently active, but it
sounds serious. What do you do?: Ask for available patrol teams
to move the designated checkpoint and move in together.
During a random search of a suspicious citizen, he turns and
runs before you can tie him. You chase him for awhile until he
runs into Restricted Block Four. What do you do?: I would ignore
him from that point and instead report situation to the higher
branch.
While out and about, you hear a transmission on the radio from
Dispatch: "YOURTAGLINE-1, suspend 10-41 status. Proceed to High
Priority Region One for Revitalization Processing." How do you
respond?: 10-4, unit XXX 10-76.

Why do you wish to enlist in the Civil Protection?:
Upon few years of the Universal Union reign, I have decided that
I want to do something more instead of being mere citizen
minding her own business, taking occasional ration and doing
daily labour work. After few months spent in city eight I slowly
began to admire work of the civil protection, how they risk
their life to protect us, civilians even if their methods may
sound to be radical, I understand that law enforcers must be
assertive with their convictions. I feel like my time has come
to finally embrace current world and help our Benefactors in
accomplishing their and our dream of entering golden age of
humanity. But in order to make such dream happen, first all the
troublemakers must be convinced to see their wrongs, if that is
impossible then 'erase' them from society.
Do you have any family? Explain: I have younger brother in city
eight.
Have you any previous infractions with a Protection Team member
in the past? Explain. None, nothing worth mentioning.
Do you understand that failure to effectively do your duty as a
Protection Team member puts your family at risk?: Yes.
I, APPLICANT Katarzyna Wawrzyniec, swear my life into the Civil
Protection in service of my family and my species, and
understand that failure to effectively do my job will put my
family's safety at risk, and contrary-wise, efficiency will lead
to their safety and comfort.
