Hello my name is Penguin (💎DG💎 Majestic_Penguin
[EX]) and I would like to apply for the postition of metro
police. I understand that owning this rank is a privilage and I
am aware that abusing it could result in a ban. I will be pretty
active (every other week) and I will promise to do my best at
