zero stood on all fours hidden in the thickets of the trees
"hachi and naito said there was something off about this girl
and to check it out" he thought to himself. he was wearing a
black spandex suit that gave him an assassin like look. he
followed her, making sure to stay silent with his steps

As Mitsuki continued to walk Gyges stopped for a moment and
sniffed at the air. Bounding up to her shoulder the small green
dragon watched behind her. Her pace slowed for a second, before
she continued deeper into the forest.

zero stayed within the trees, moving only through the thickets
that would keep him hidden. he stayed at a distance where his
scent would not be too strong "she has a dragon? must be an
earth dragon though......"

Gyges's gaze remained trained backwards in the general direction
of Zero. Mitsuki's pace slowed a bit as she reached a rocky
hill. Sighing softly she looked up. "I know a flame sample is
easier to get here....but did all the lines of ice magic need to
be cut off?" She asked to seemingly no one. A moment of
silence passed before she crumpled forward in pain.

the stare of the dragon made zero uneasy. but still he followed.
he stayed his distance as she stopped "flame sample" he mumbled
and covered his mouth, not meaning to speak aloud. as she
crumpled over in pain zero watched her intently

Even as the frail body crumpled down to the ground in pain, the
little dragon kept his eyes on the direction of Zero. As the
girls body hit the ground and writhed in pain, two welts in her
back seemed to build up around her shoulder blades. Tears
streaming down her face as her body twisted in agony her screams
were silent. A violet glow came from her eyes if careful notice
was taken. A deeper ominous voice came from the girls small
frame. "You spoke back, and I give you a gift. Are you
displeased with it? Most would be overjoyed to be able to be
more than the mortal coil that they are." Every so often the
violet eyes seemed to glance in Zero's direction.

zero watched with confusion and fear. the feeling that he got
from this new entity was unbelievable."what...or who is this
person...who is this girl!?!?what is this gift it speaks
of......mortal coil? zero stepped a little closer and his heart
nearly gave when he noticed the eyes glancing at him every so
often "does it know that i'm here" zero backed away a little.
questioning whether he should flee or stay

Within moments bone began to push through the two lumps in her
back, more bone than should possibly be in that area. As they
slowly pushed out the began to fan out into a wing like
construct, except entirely made out of bone. Droplets of red
blood fell from her back where the wings had emerged and from
the tips of the wings themselves. Cringing she pulled herself
to her feet, the small green dragon no longer with his master.
Muttering under her breath in the deep voice as she stood, the
blood she had lost plus a fair amount more that poured from the
wounds on her back gathered itself in her hand, and formed a
handful of teardrop shaped crystals as crimson as the fresh
blood.
As Zero watched an oderless gas began to close in around him.
His motions already becoming impeded it was like his body was
filling with lead. If he attempted to move then his body would
almost fail to react. A small green dragon watched from the
branch above the boy.

zeros body began to shake when the wings erupted from the girls
back "TIME TO GO!!" zero tried to turn and run but his body
wouldn't react "what's going on!?!?!?" he started to panic as he
tried more and more to run and just as fast as the panic came it
was gone...and replaced with overwhelming terror as he just now
sensed the presence of the green dragon now above him

The small green dragon's tail wagged back and forth as he
watched his target below lost all the ability to move his limbs.
Violet eyes fell upon the boy as the terror overtook him.
Hovering above the ground as wings of bone held the small frame
in the air a sinister smirk settled over the girls lips. "It
would appear that someone has let his curiosity get the best of
him." As if sizing the boy up with those piercing violet eyes a
short laugh came from the girl. [i] "I wanted a sample of flame,
and it appears that my sample has brought itself too me. If I
am not mistaken thou art the son of the daughter of flame." An
ancient athame appeared in the girls hand as she set down next
to the boy.
