Something seems off. [training grounds, afternoon, open]

Standing in an open training field, Lya stood alone in the
center. Her hair was pulled up out of her face, and she wore a
simple black tank. Her darkened eyes fell on her bag, tossed
haphazardly to the side of the arena. A frown settled over her
features as she tore her eyes from the bag. Standard "training"
was never on the top of her list of things to do....but
something felt off and she needed to see if she could figure it
out. Sighing softly she closed her eyes and held out her hands,
focusing, looking almost like she was searching the depths of
her being. A few long minutes passed and nothing happened. Her
eyes opened again, a glare settled deeply in her eyes, [i]"What
the hell....." She clenched her fist and punched a nearby
training dummy. A blast of darkness shattered the training
device, her eyes widening as it did.

"OW!!" came a yelp from across the field. diggs sits on the
ground holding his head rubbing it. laying next to him was a
rather large piece of training dummy

Lya was still staring at her hand, and the space where the dummy
had been, when she was pulled from her thoughts at the sound of
a yelp. Darkened sapphire orbs scanning the field they landed
on diggs, and the peice of dummy next to him. Discernign what
might have happened, she quickly ran over to him.

"I must owe you money or something?" He looked up at her with a
pained smile still rubbing his head

Lya shook her head still looking apologetic, extending a hand to
help him up. [Color=blueviolet][I]"That's not it at all, I'm
sorry Diggs. My dark powers have been getting away from me
lately.... I didn't mean to do that."

"its okay, i have dragon bone anyway. gonna take more than a
dummy to hurt this dummy" he laughed and looked at her " so you
saId somethign about your dark powers getting away from you?"

A soft smile crossed her lips at his words and a light laugh
escaped the girl. "Well im glad, that dummy would be in trouble
if it hurt you." She sighed and rubbed her head lightly.
[i]"I've been feeling a bit off for a while.... Every time i go
to use any light affinity power....I can't seem to make it work.
However it feels like the lightest push at the darker
powers....seems to be amplified way beyond what I expect."

She shook her head softly. [color=blueviolet][i]"No it hasn't.
The two have always been in a balance. The fact that one is cut
off is really strange."
