Bio: Born in Saturn City, Danny hasn't seen anything but war,
but somehow keeps a happy personality. Even though his parents
don't have powers, somehow, he had the powers of wind. Soon
enough, he learned to hone his powers and use them at his well.
While training, he learned that he can also teleport short
distances. He also has taken a liking to archery, always keeping
his bow and quiver, which gives him an unlimited amount of
arrows, with him. He is also a tech head, making arrows for
different situations. He is normally quiet, unless he finds you
interesting. He likes to read, and has come to O'raion to help
better himself.

all right, the amplifying will have time limit and a default
gadgets he carries around with him. like batman has as his
default gadgets smoke pellets, tear gas, gas mask,grappling
hook and a load of batarangs. if you plan ahead for an
attack/fight/whatever then you may customs.

I agree. With the limits stated this character should be fine.
Just remember you are here to learn. Your powers start off weak
