       Bio: Just like his brother, Ryu served in the same army as his
       brother but becuase he was born without a tail, he could never
       advance beyond a foot soilder. When word came to him that his
       brother tail was cut off he left the army to be with him.

       I am okay with the powers, as long as you understand that they
       are limited to your current ability.  If i see if going past
       that, I will step in.
       I take it from your redistribution of stats that there is a
       transformation?  What will that look like, and what do you
       expect the change in abilities to be?  I need to know this
       before i will approve this
       Finally, your person may not want to talk about his past, but
       that little amount of backstory is troubling to me.  I need more
       before i will approve this as a student character.
