       Bio: Leo was once a soldier in an army that traveled to
       different to differ worlds and would declare war. ONce the war
       was over they would take control of the planet. One day, Atfer a
       battle he was attacked and lost his tail, without his tail he
       was forced to leave the army and came to oraion to became
       stronger.
       Ability:Ki blast, flight, transforation, super human strength.
       Likes: fighting
       Dislikes:being call shoot in any way

       So the transformation is the supersaian form?
       I am okay with the powers, as long as you understand that they
       are limited to your current ability.  If i see if going past
       that, I will step in.
       Your bomb supply is not unlimited....and i would be more
       comfortable with not 4 varieties.
       Finally, your person may not want to talk about his past, but
       that little amount of backstory is troubling to me.  I need more
       before i will approve this as a student character.
