She unsheathed her sword and held it tightly in her hands as she
sent her vines once again crashing at the door.

Sune notice the tendril of darkness coming from the cracks
formed and hears the voices again. '... but she want to help the
children too right...? I mean sure I haven't seen her or even
know her name before but...' she stopped when she recalled the
darkness from the top floor and the morgue, realizing that maybe
the darkness was already after her... 'It... was following me
the whole time... even now...? Is this really a trap...?' she
said quietly in her mind again, looking around for a moment.

With each impact of the vines against the door it began to give.
Bowing out with each crash finally the boards snapped and the
doors crashed to the floor. The impact of the doors hitting the
floor echo'd through the halls themselves. As soon as the doors
fell away, more tendrils shot into the stairwell. A large
portion of them aiming straight for Sune's legs and arms. A few
waves of energy directed themselves at Tsukiko as well.
In Sune's realm of vision she couldn't see the attacks directed
at Tsukiko. She could only see the tendrils that were aimed at
her. Her voice cooed softly in her head "But are the kids real?
Have I seen any evidence of them? This might just all be a
ruse....what if she is working with that darkness....or what if
she controls it?"

She quickly created a shield of vines in front of her and cut
through any that got past her shield "Keegan, Lily are you both
in there?!" she yelled

Sune's eyes widen and try to shield herself with fires that was
conjured by her tails from the tendrils of darkness and notice
none was going after Tsukiko. 'No... it can't be... she really
led me to a trap...? She was working with the darkness the whole
times...? Is that why she found me in the morgue? Just to lead
me back up for the darkness to take my life...? It was all a
lie, there wasn't any kids... there never was in the first
place...' she respond in her mind to the voices...

The soft voice of Lily echoed through the hallway.
"Tsu...tsukiko?" The dark energy pulsed at the hooded girl with
malicious intent, clearly not wanting her to find the children.
The dark tendrils agilely worked around the flames and curled
around her legs. As soon as they touched her skin it was like
ice, like the energy was being slowly drained from her. "Am I
going to be trapped? Can I escape? Will she stop me."
Questions flooded her mind, the paranoia and fear growing with
each passing second.

"Lily! Hold on I'm coming to get you both!" she yelled, glaring
at the darkness from beneath her hood she lowered her shield,
sword at the ready to cut her way through.

She felt the dark tendrils curling around her legs, almost like
her energy was slowly draining... she hold her head and closes
her eyes while trying to brush the tendrils away. 'No... no no
no... don't take me too... I don't want to disappear too, don't
take me away!' she said in her mind, feeling her fear and
paranoia growing greatly, she didn't heard Tsukiko or the girl
as her mind was flooded with questions.

"O......okay. We're holding on....." her voice came down
through the hallway from the right. Several dark shadowy
figures were blocking the hallway, all their perceptible gazes
being trained on Tsukiko.
Cold, fear, and terror growing in the young kitsune. The longer
she stayed still the faster her energy would be drained. "If I
don't want to disappear i'll have to do something. I need to
make sure i can escape from this girl then make for the exit."
the voice spoke in her mind. In front of her in the hallway
there was a one door that appeared lightler....could it be an
exit?

She glared at the figures, mint green eyes darkening somewhat.
Her vines receded and she quickly charged at the closest figure
with a sideways slash aimed.
