"Ah... I see then... Maybe the kids might be in a different room
on a different floor... like where the darkness is the
strongest..." she said softly as she step aside for Tsukiko to
lead.

She considered that "You might be right, the higher we go the
more possible the aura strengthens." nodding she headed up the
stairs.

As they crested the top of the stairs the first floor was
chilly. Shadows riled in the corners of the hall, almost as if
they were watching.

She ignored the watching shadows, her mind focused on how she
would get the kids out and then stopping the darkness overtaking
this place. She surveyed the area from beneath her hood and kept
going towards the next set of stairs.

Sune keep following but stop for a moment and waves over the
watching shadows before continuing on, her seven lanterns float
around her, wondering about the top floor, how there was a dark
void-like before she trip.

The shadows were more focused on the stairwell to the upper
floors. There was a presence that Tsukiko could feel, the man
she had met keeping an eye on her. Sune however felt a slight
heaviness in the back of her mind.

She relaxed only slightly because of the known presence but the
father up they went the more tension formed as the shadows
thickened.

She slightly put her right hand over to the right side of her
head, feeling the heaviness in the back of her mind. Yet she
kept following after Tsukiko.
