Field of Flames(afternoon, open)

Demetri muttered under his breath, he had his notebook in front
of him as he stood in the middle of the clearing "Not as big as
I'd prefer but it will do." he switched over to his notepad and
took out a piece of black chalk. Carefully he began drawing a
large circle within the field with three smaller ones on the
inside. He switched to a piece of white chalk and drew lines
connecting the smaller circles until they formed a triangle. He
stepped out of the drawings and flipped open his notepad.

Claudia sat on a log and watched her brother. She was absently
twirling a white flower in her hand before reaching down to
pluck the petals off "So what exactly are we doing out here
again?" she asked.

"I want to turn a small patch of this area into a crystal field,
my supply is very low and I don't wish to travel to get more but
the ones I need I can grow here." he explained and studied the
drawings in the grass.

Walking through the forest Lya hummed softly. Letting the wind
breeze through her hair she smiled and turned towards a
clearing. Seeing a figure there her head tilted softly.
Walking towards the figure she smiled lightly seeing Demetri and
claudia.

Demetri was looking from his notepad to the drawings, mumbling
as he jotted down a few things he didn't notice Lya enter the
clearing.

She glanced up, seeing Lya she frowned before going back to
picking the petals off the flower "Fine, just hurry up already,
watching you work gets boring." she said.

Seeing Claudia's frown, Lya's smile fell softly. Running her
hand through her hair she sighed lightly and took a step back.
She had just been wandering, and didn't mean to intrude.

He threw the chalk at Dia "Hush, my work must be precise and
that means taking my time and making sure everything is
correct." he said, sensing someone else in the area he looked up
and saw Lya. "Oh hey Lya!" he smiled and waved. "What are you
doing out here?"

As Demetri waved Lya smiled. "Hey Demetri." She smiled and
walked closer to the two. "I was just out for a walk and
managed to loose track of time, and wandered off my normal
path."

He shook his head "Don't do that too often, you might get
attacked. But these woods are relatively safe so I guess it's
okay." he said thoughtfully. "Don't mind my sister over there,
she's always a great ball of sunshine and kindness." he said,
chuckling softly.
