passing the time [sunny day, large clearing, open]

a small gathering had happened within a large clearing in the
forest. zero ikeda sat on a down tree eating a sandwich and
laughing with friends, students of oraion and others. notable
among them is nathan kyo who was flirting with the female
students, the quiet and humble hachi kyo who was laughing along
with the group. "dude i still can't believe you didn't join us
at blue lion academy....we all were the closest friends when we
were younger" zero said to hachi as he ate his sandwich. hachi
rubbed his head and laughed shyly "well i tended to go where my
dad needed me. although he did tell me to go, i'd rather had
stayed by him, especially since mom wasn't around and my
sisters" hachi sighed "akira i dont know how she feels about dad
but hoshi....hoshi hates him and i just can't understand why?"
nathan stopped flirting for a second to listen to hachi. he also
sighed and walked over to him "change of subject.......hows
controlling your kyo blood going. im itching for a kyo to yo
spar ya know" nathan patted hachi back and gave him a sly smile.
hachi laughed and looked at him "if you must know, i still have
to where the seals. but so far i've learned how to summon my kyo
weapon without losing control" nathan stepped back with a smile
"well that settles it, we'll have a kyo duel of the
weapons....my bambina versus your debito" hachi looked at him
for a moment. the crowd chattered and talked. with a smile hachi
accepted. the two cousins began to move the spectators outside
of the clearing so nobody would get hurt. zero stayed where he
was, sitting on a down tree in the clearing, still eating.

Whistling softly Lya wandered into the forest. Headphones
settled over her ears she watched shadows and light dance around
her fingers as she wandered with a smile.

two students walk past her laughing with each other. they wave
to lya and point in the direction of the clearing

Lya waved back with a light smile, and tilted her head at the
gesture. Nodding she turned and headed to the clearing dropping
her headphones to rest around her neck.

the two cousins stand somewhat 20 yards form each other. they
begin to talk to each other in a language unknown to any other
than the kyos and a few others. nathan says something that makes
hachi laugh and he looks at the crowd "are all the beautiful
ladies ready to see my bambinas go to work!?" the crowd cheered.
hachi just shook his head. one of the second year boys noticed
lya and waved her over "you've showed up just in time lya" he
looked at hachi and nathan and back to lya

As she approaches she manages to catch nathan's comment. Her
eyebrow raising slightly she ran her fingers through her hair as
the other second year caught her attention. "Oh I did? What's
going on here...there is certainly quite the crowd for the
forest."

the second year smiled excitedly "these two are principal kyos
grandkids. and there about to give us a little show, a friendly
duel between cousins. were actual going to get to see nathan
weapon and hachis weapon......its really hard to come by i've
heard"

Lya smiled lightly and turned her attention to the two fighting.
"I see. Well I wouldn't mind getting to see such a display. I
always enjoy getting to see good displays of power and prowess."

"you'll especially love this one" this voice did not come from
the second year, he looked at lya confused "do pardon my
interruption....i was just looking on at the duel" the voice
came from below where a rabbit with a top hat sat and looked at
the two boys "uhmmmm are you a talking rabbit" the second year
said. the rabbit looked at him and wriggled his nose "bambinas
de Gravira and Debito of the night.....the weapons used by those
two. very powerful for fourth generation kyo weapons." the
rabbit looked back at the two "nathan the vampire incubus and
hachi the omen......fantastic" the rabbits ear twitched. the two
boys flexed there hands and weapons appeared in them. nathan
held two back Kali Sticks with purple designs and silver plated
tips. hachi held a rapier with a gold and black handle, the
silver blade gleamed in the warm sun. the two spoke once more
and rushed each other. there weapons collided and back and forth
they went attacking and blocking

sasiru walked tho the forest" i wonder what i an get to seal the
deal with hoshi"sasiru looked over to see the two boys fighting
he ran over next to lya and watch in amazment
