The minotaur was still trashing against the vines but it was
obvious it was getting weaker. The glare was competely focused
on lya as she more closer towards it.

Lya moved closer to the minotaur again, tightening her vines
around his arms and legs. "Hey ugly! Got yourself trapped did
you?" She smirked and dashed closer holding an orb of light in
her hand.

The minotaurs trashed harder his trying to move untill a pop was
heard and its left arm fell limp. It raored in pain whicih only
seemed to add to it strengh. The beast had dislocated it arm.

As the beast dislocated its arm Lya cringed slightly. Charging
at the beast she smashed the ball of light into the ground
creating a massive wave of light blinding the creature. She had
shielded the two of them in shadow so that it wouldn't harm
Kenro. As the shadow went down and the brunt of the blindness
would be felt she yelled to him. "Do it now Kenro!"

"ON IT!!" kenro sceamed from the sky above the minotaur. with
all his weight and strength he smashed his elbow into the neck
of the minotaur aiming to break his spinal cord

The minotaurs eye rolled into the back of it head but did not
fall do to lya vines. Its breath stopped, it was obvious the
minotaur was dead. A small sound came from a bush and 3 baby
minotaurs came running out with tears in their eyes and ran
towards their dead mothers body. They nudge the body hoping it
was merely sleeping. But kenro and lya know.
They wander to close to the minotaurs cave it was protecting it
family. Just like all of the others that it killed. Without the
mother the little minotaurs would not last the night. Their fate
was sealed tonight would be their last night.

Lya watched the Minotaur's eyes roll back. As the children came
running out Lya bit her lip, and guilt welled up inside of her.
She didn't want to leave the children to die. She looked up to
see how Kenro was doing, knowing he needed some attention too.

kenro was near the baby minotaurs, tears in the corners of his
eyes. he tried to console them. he sang a soft song in his
native language. a song used by many korrotian animal breeders.
the song carried power behind it but he was not sure it would
work on something such as this kind of heartache "just
maybe....just maybe i can raise them he thought to himself,
ignoring his wounds
