diggs looks up at her wearily "that....wasn't part...of
the..plan" diggs passed out. a few guards along with a woman in
a white jacket appeared. the guards carried him away while the
woman rubbed her temple and sighed

She stood up, dagger in hand as she glared at the woman. "Where
are you taking my idiot?" she asked, ignoring her tiredness from
the fight and the amount of poison she managed to consume.

the woman looked her up and down and gave a wry smile "well he
seems to have taken in some of the poisonous wind, even a tiny
bit is enough to kill...kill veeery slowly but kill none the
less" she fixed her glasses and walked over to claudia "now are
you ok?"

She stepped back "Still haven't told me where you've taken him.
I don't know who you are nor am I familiar with this place." she
said, ignoring her question.

the woman sighed and moved aside. the soldiers could be seen
trying to help stable a now conscious diggs. diggs looked toward
claudia and wearily waved her too him

She immediately rushed over "You okay idiot?" she asked and
looked him over as she sat down and closed her eyes.

diggs immediately tilted her face toward his and kissed her
deeply. no energy left diggs fell to his hands and knees vision
fading. the woman walked over and looked at diggs "he's not
looking very good" one of the soldiers injected him with
something and laid him on his back

Shocked by the sudden kiss her face turned bright red and she
nearly missed what the lady said. She turned and glared "Then
help him, we risked our lives to save your stupid town so the
least you can do is make sure he lives."

claudia would feel a weird sensation within her. as if something
was being pulled from her, gradually making her feel better. the
poison was being pulled from her body. the woman looked at her
in shock "i am trying my best i really am but we have yet to
find a real cure for the dark wind" diggs looked at claudia and
pointed to her. he tried to talk but couldn't make any
sentences, his hands gestured with a wiping movement at his
throat and lungs. he waved her closer pointing to his lips again
as if asking for another kiss.

She frowned [i]What was that? I feel...better?[/i she thought
and noticed the motion Diggs was making. She blushed even more
"Really this isn't the time for that Diggs." she said and
sighed. Though if they didn't have a cure she figured this would
be his dying wish, an odd one but his last one. "Fine only
because you're on your death bed." she mumbled and bent down to
kiss him.
