       Alright Admin 2 weighing in.
       I agree stats are fine.  Blue magic was not descriptive enough
       as an ability itself.  The further description of blue fire and
       ice is satisfactory.  I am in agreement with Admin1, as i have
       stated this on most everyone else, your abilities will start off
       simple.  The growth will come from the time and effort you put
       in for your training.
       Also understand that in being a vampire this doesn't mean that
       you will have immortality.  I cast my approval as long as these
       are kept in mind.
