Bio: Adopted son of Freya Demetri and older brother of Claudia,
Draco chose to keep his real last name until he became worthy
enough for the name Dracone. Like his mother he has a love of
magical theory and enjoys running around testing new ways for
magic to be used. He doesn't wish to follow into this shadows
like Claudia and wants to one day take over his mothers business
and make it great. His personality is similar to his uncles,
he's very protective of Claudia, more so since this is her first
year, and believes himself to be suave, wonderful, and just as
gentlemanly as Artemis.

So I say this is fine, and agreed with Diggs. The complexity of
your ice abilities will also grow as you do, so simpler to
start.
Also you get 5 more points you're 5 short. Other than that i
say approved.
