Excursions in Baking [mura's apt, open, afternoon]

Mura bounced around her kitchen happily. She had all sorts of
baking good scattered about the counters. She had found a
recipe for a molten lava cake, and really wanted to try it out.
It sounded super exciting. Chocolate, flour and eggs were all
out. She had some cocoa dusted across her face as she worked on
putting the batch together. She had told a few people about
what she was trying to make. She didn't know if they would come
try her creation, but she was ready for guests.

Hearing Jasper's voice Mura stuck her head out of the kitched to
where the window was. She smiled brightly. "Hi big brother!
I'm trying out a recipe for something called a molten lava cake.
Its supposed to be chocolatey and tasty! Want to help me test
it?" Her face and dress were covered in flour and cocoa.

Homura grinned as he followed. "It sounded tasty to me! Had
all the right words in the title." She went back to mixing
something. "Want some hot chocolate to drink while i finish
making it?"

Mura grinned and got a cup of water and heated the water by
holding her hands around the cup before handing him the hot
chcolate. "Here you go" she said with a smile. Before turning
back to stirring. She happily put the cakes in the oven, which
was turned up high.

Homura blushed lightly, "I'm sorry if it's too hot. I have a
tendancy to warm the water for cocoa up to what I like it at. I
keep having to not let it get that warm when i make Ren tea."
She sighed lightly before looking in the oven watching the cakes
rise.
