i can understand "jasper leaned into her scratching, since she
moved to his favorite spot" have you seen shinji? i havent
gotten a chance to speak to him in a while

Mika's eyes fell on the ground at Shinji's name. "I....I have
not seen him as of late. Not since that day on the mountain. I
just can't. I'm not that strong." She shook her head lightly
as she bit her lip. Her eyes clouded with a bit of sadness and
bitterness. "I have heard he had found someone to occupy his
time, but that was a bit ago."

dont worry about that "jasper smiled his weary smile again" his
heart hasn't changed. believe me "jasper patted his chest " were
connected. "jasper did not lie, although he did feel something
change in shinjis heart, it wasnt his feelings for mika"

Mika's head reeled slightly at his words. Her eyes confused,
and worried. "But he's never met me. In his world I don't
exist, because of my choice. I'm sure I've hurt him, he
deserves to be free of me. It's the only way, things can't go
back now." Tears welled up in her eyes. She thought she had
gotten past most of the pain, mourned the loss. But hearing it
again was hard. She was confused, she wrung her hands lightly.

already been made and repercussions have followed suit....but
nothing is stronger than bonds of love. no matter what
happens...it will always be there. do not worry, we'll still
have that future we saw

Mika leaned on Jasper's shoulder, smiling softly. She was still
confused, and everything still hurt. The wounds had been
brought closer to the surface again, but she bit them back. She
focused on enjoying the quiet moment with Jasper, her feathers
ruffled lightly. "I missed you." she said quietly. Jasper was
one of the things in her life with Shinji, she had really
missed. She had grown close to him. He had become a good
friend, but she had been avoiding him avoiding thinking about
Shinji, and trying to make the new start.

and i you....for some reason i couldn't find your scent on the
island. and then i found out you were behind a barrier, which
made things better.....until i realized i didn't know where to
find you and the barrier. believe it or not i suck at directions
when im not using a scent -_____-
