Zatira smirked lightly, knowing full well his fight was
weakening. "By fighting to either keep an ideal or change one
does that not bring about the growth of an individual or a
group. That's why destruction is necessary. The world would
wither and die should no one ever seek to better themselves
through a need to change." She felt her grip on his mind
strengthening. "Might you like to see what brilliance can come
from such a struggle?"

A swat, mental and painful, did two things. First, it knocked
Zatira out of Shinji's head. Second, it helped clear the
stupidity from his brain. "Dude, snap the hell out of it. You,
foul scented whore. Leave him be. Go back to your mewling brats.
We're not interested in the drivel you're spouting. And I dare
you to try and take on the daughter of a Goddess. You're no
match, skank." Kaya's eyes narrowed on the woman. Queen, her
ass.

Zatira shook her head and seethed at the girl. "Fine girl, you
can keep this one." She had been enjoying tormenting the young
mage, and she could have used a pet. However rather than get
into it here she merely smirked and flickered away. She did
leave one last thought in Shinji's mind as she disappeared.
"Feel free to come see me again."
